1. How much is the fitting fee?
The fitting fee is RM100 or RM200, depending on the collection you choose to try.
2. How long is the rental period?
Rental period is 3 – 5 days. The rental fee includes the dry cleaning fee, and minor authorised alterations like strap, bust, and waist adjustments.
3. Do you offer customization options for the International gowns?
Yes we do. Kindly speak to our consultants for more information.
4. What designer gowns are available for rental?
We have an exclusive collection of Zuhair Murad, Vera Wang Bride and The Atelier, Yaralis Kothor, Bonheur, Kossfer Calar, Wona Couture, Nicole Milano, Julia Kontogruni, Imolacy, Rara Avis, Ida Torez, Daria Karlozi, Wang Feng Bridal, Fancy Youting, and many more.
5. What is a Professional On-Site Gown Service?
A personal on-site gown service offers personal gown fitting assistance on your wedding day, ensuring every detail is flawlessly handled. We’ll carefully unpack your gown, inspect it for steaming, and have it perfectly prepared while you get ready. When it’s time, we’ll dress you and ensuring a perfect fit, and assist with undressing and packing afterward. From last-minute alterations to meticulous steaming, we ensure your gown is impeccable, allowing you to walk down the aisle with confidence and grace.
6. What are your payment options?
We accept Cash, Visa or Mastercard and online transfer only. Half or Full Payment is required to secure the gown for your wedding day.
